On diameter of the Rotation-Exchange Network

In this paper, some algebraic properties of the Rotation-Exchange Network (REn) are discussed, and a routing algorithm is given for this network. It is proved that (n2-2n+1)/4D(REn) (n2+3n-4)/2, where D(REn) denote the diameter of REn.
