A Study on Strengthening the Innovation of Virtual Society Management

The way to innovate virtual society management is the one to maintain harmonious and steady development of virtual society, that is, network legal construction and network public opinions' monitoring and early warning and guiding system construction. The former is to construct systematic and coordinated network regulation system on the basis of top-level design in order to form network environment management according to law; the latter is to construct government-leading public opinion crisis warning response system with preventive functions in order to promote synchronic harmony and stability between virtual society and real society.
