Design and Research on Static Information Management System of Oil Production Plant Based on the GIS

In the process of the oil field development,there are a lot of development maps,ground engineering information and data. It is very important to manage these graphics and image data. The paper analyzes and expounds the shortcomings of existing information management methods,and proposes to develope for the static information of data management system based on GIS platform. The establishment of the system can improve traditional information management methods,and promote the rational use of materials,maximizing the realization of data sharing and providing reliable service for decision.
