Design of the Distributed Oil-Well Remote Monitoring System Based on GPRS

Considering the defect of present monitor control system for most of the domestic oil production,a remote monitor and control system for the distributed oil-well based on GPRS was developed.The programming and realization of communication between monitoring center and terminal was based on GPRS.Heartbeat-packets was defined and used in the system so that GPRS is always online,and the status of communication and data transfer can be examined.As a result,it realizes remote monitoring successfully.Work efficiency of oil-gas production has been greatly increased.
