A Second-order Necessary and Sufficient Condition of the Local Minimum Solution of Unconstrained Optimality Problem

This paper mainly studies the second-order necessary condition and sufficient condition of the local minimum solution of the unconstrained optimality problem.Based on the study,the paper produces a new theorem and a relative deduction related to the directional derivatives.
