With the expanding of College enrollment,and the fully implementing of quality education,the work in the students' affairs department is becoming more arduous,as well as the work of ideological and political work is facing with greater opportunities and challenges.Since the importance and urgency of strengthening building counselor team are fully understood,the works of selection,investigation,system development and training are realized well in Wuxi Institute of Technology.
