Internet edge caches can accelerate streaming media delivery,It is a technology that can enhance capability of streaming media server in internet. In order to reduce start-up delay and jitter of streaming server, and to drop the cost of CPU utilization and network bandwidth, the resolution programe of cache proxy system based upon the client is put forward. The RTSP protocol of the relevant system is realized.
