Computer simulation study on the elimation of sampling time jitter error by NTN calibration

The technology of nose-to-nose calibration of a measurement system has been widely concerned,which can carry out the sampling oscilloscope broadband self-calibration.NTN in the actual process of calibrating measurements will inevitably suffer from a variety of noise interference,which will affect the NTN calibration accuracy calibration.This paper studies the average and compensation of shaking time on the sampling error arising from the elimination method.Due to the need for high calibration accuracy of the sampling oscilloscope calibration,the NTN calibration,with the compensation method is usually by the time elimination of the impact of shaking.
