It is represented that a new digital watermark algorithm based on Arnold image-scrambling and wavelet transform.The watermark information is scrambled firstly and then embedded into the digital images in distribution with a certain method.Have carried on various attack test to the algorithm put forward.Experiment indicate algorithm this diminish compress,hit to JPEG value strain wave attack with high strength noise attacking,having strong and getting sane,have very good transparency and stupid and excellent,practicability is relatively high.
