In recent years,the problem of data infringement and anti-infringement under non-jurisdiction disputation influenced the development of EC.This paper explores tactics choices of data infringement and anti-infringement under non-jurisdiction disputation in perfect information.Then,the paper gives some assumptions,and sets up a model based on game theory.The paper draws some interesting conclusions and demonstrates them by cases study.Finally,the paper presents the practical value of the research and points out its future research orientation.
