Design of Digital Video Controlling Chip

As the widely used and more mature technology of the CMOS image senor,a video controlling chip is designed. It contacts configuring registers block,collecting data interface,external cache RAM interface,external RAM interface and video graphics array displaying interface. It can collect and display video messages in 30 f / s. The chip is designed into register transistor level and realized by compiling verilog hardware describe language. At last,the design is verified on FPGA board,and the simulation shows the function goes well and the chip can be used in video system as an independent integrated circuit.
