An Analysis in Game Theory of Existing Prolems in Chinese Stock Market

It has gained definite achievement in Chinese stock market with high development over the past 13 years. At present, there are many problems in Chinese stock market. The causes of these problems are as follows: the company that did not reach the standard was approved to appear on stock market, the false information of company was announced by intermediary, the channel that company was withdrawn from stock market was blocked. This article analyzes these causes and gives corresponding suggestions with game theory.
