Analysis and Comparison of XP and RUP

In the software process field,RUP is thourght as heavy process and XP is light one, they are both hot now!It is said that XP is the minimal instance of RUP,but XP brings forward to some different ways which are very valued. This paper firstly introduces the two process ,and then focuses on their agreement and disagreement.And at last,it suggests that you can combine RUP and XP in order to adapte to organizations which are different size.
