The article described the research on the construction objective, general framework and key functions of the water environment monitoring information integration, sharing and decision support platform, with the reliable transmission , exchange and integration, standardized information processing and analysis, high efficient sharing of applications and decision support of the monitoring data as the main line. This research designed the general structure and main functions to meet requirements of the water wading sector environmental information collection, transmission, exchanging, storing, analyzing, publishing, sharing, showing, etc, in order to provide information support for environmental management, decision-makers, the public and all levels (Nation-watershed-province-city-county) environmental monitoring staffs.
