The Problems Occurred in Construction of Project "Extend Radio and TV Coverage to Every Village" and the Countermeasures

The project Extend radio and TV coverage to every village is one of the strategies that China takes in order to speed up the information communication and transportation infrastructure.This is a very important strategy to motivate China to have a balanced and rapid development.Right now, the implementation of the concept of developing scientifically and constructing a harmonious society gives this project an unprecedented opportunity and a new challenge at the same time.During the process of implementing the project,there are series of new problems and conflicts such as technical method,the development of cable TV,modernizing people's way of thinking and so on.To comprehensively utilize a multi-pronged method and to build service teams are the measures to be used to solve the above problems and conflicts.Along with other measures,they can also improve the development scientifically,therefore to make the project of Extend radio and TV coverage to every village a long term program.
