Discussion on Occurrence Cause and Preventive Measures of Rice Foot-rot Disease

Based on introducing types and symptoms of rice foot-rot disease,the factors were analyzed, including pathogen infection in cycle, weak resistant varieties of rice, maladaptive water and fertilizer management in growth stage, etc.Then, the preventive measures of rice foot-rot disease were put forward from the following aspects, including selecting new varieties with strong resistance, improving the quality of transplanting, rational fertilization, cropping and others.
