The Importance of the Crustal Deformation Monitoring in north China and the Corresponding Countermeasures

Starting from the threat of earthquakes in north China showed by the statistics of earthquake,the paper discusses the development of crustal deformation monitoring both in our country and the developed countries in the world,studies the relationship between the time sequence of GPS baseline length and the strong earthquake,as well as the ground swell and the strong earthquake,and puts forward the strategies that should be taken in the field of earthquake monitoring in north China.
