Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act of USA(1999) established electronic self-help legal system and specified its necessary implementing elements and restrictions in computer information transaction.The system is essential in balancing the rights and obligations between both parties in computer software licensing.As a new style of self-help action,it is superior to public relief in both redress cost and relief efficiency.Our country should build up electronic self-help legal system in respects of right content,implementing restrictions,implementing procedures etc.
