A dynamic subcarrier allocation algorithms based on grouped Ratio-based Selection(RBS)is proposed.Operation complexity is reduced by the step of grouping, and power consume is decreased by the step of initializing subcarrier allocation and optimizing subcarrier allocation. At initial allocation phases, some adjacent subcarriers are allocated as a group. Then, the RBS dynamic subcarrier allocation is applied within a group, and the complexity is reduced by lowering the number of circulation times. At optimal allocation phases, initial allocation results are adjusted by exchanging subcarrier groups with bad performance which lower power consume further.Simulation results show that lower operation complexity and power consume are achieved with the propose algorithm at the price of little BER loss compared with the typical RBS algorithm.
