Effects of Various Actual Differences over Reliability of Seed Germination Experiment Results

By means of analyzing the 95% confidence intervals under the same or different actual difference of the same germination,this paper finds that the range of confidence interval of seed germination experiment results is determined by the standard deviation of mean,and the confidence internals are not necessarily the same under the condition of identical actual difference.In case the standard deviation of mean is large enough,it suggests that new germination experiment should be conducted to ensure the reliability.
