INTEGRATION OF ERP AND CRM TOGETHER WITH EFFECT ON DSS

To complement the limitations of ERP and CRM, we should integrate ERP with CRM. So the inside resource planning would match the exterior trading. The modes included modules integration, the organization recombine, the operation carding and the technique integration. Also, the integration made DW and DM effect optimized. Finally the integration improved on the operation flow, changed the customer services, and advanced the whole work efficiency to win the competition advantage.
