Design and Implementation of Power Load Forecasting System Based on .NET

A structure of power load forecasting system based on .NET is proposed. The requirement analysis, overall structure and security design are also described. In accordance with the requirements of software engineering specifications, System functional modules are designed in detail as follows, load analysis, load forecasting, data receiving and reporting management, checking management, data query and statement management, system maintenance. The key technologies in system are described, such as NetAdvantage Component, XML Web Service and the Implementation for reading load data.
