Analysis of MOA Application on HV Transmission Line

For the high soil resistivity of some transmission lines,conventional lightning protection technology is difficult to reduce the rate of lightning trip,this paper analyzing the lines of the lightning arrester principle,adopt MOA transmission lines for the Lightning.Use of the lightning location system to determine the location of the line arrester selection,Set out in a variety of tower-based approach applied to the installation,and other related measures proposed.
