The wide adaptation and application of advanced technologies such as biological technology,nanometer material and technology,new energy technology and space technology,has not only significantly promoted the social and economic development,but also brought up new ethical and philosophical considerations.In return,those considerations provide further useful, positive and anthropocentric directions for technological development.
