Through defining the open frame of discernment and using evidence distance and conflict degree that reflects the degree of evidence conflict,a new effective combination rule is presented.This method can distinguish the maturity of the frame,in order to decide whether to open the frame.Finally,examples are presented to illustrate the rationality and validity of this D-S method.
