Application of PLCSIM in design of eddy current testing electric system

The process flow and electric input and output signals address distribution of the PLC in eddy current testing system are analyzed.Then based on S7-PLCSIM interface descriptions,the S7-300 PLC is simulated practically by using S7-PLCSIM.An example shows that the simulation result is the same as the actual PLC operation.Therefore in the electrical system design process,the execution of the program status can be viewed by using S7-PLCSIM.
