Construction of real estate information management system based on component GIS

To establish an effective real estate information management system is to improve scientific management of the real estate information.The real estate information of a residential quarter as a data source,this article designs and constructs the real estate information management system using ArcGIS Engine.The system achieves these functions: the real estate information storage and management in the integration of spatial data and attribute data,graphic-attributes integrated query,and the switch from the building plan to floor and apartment-specific plan.In a word,the system provides scientific basis for the residential quarter planning and management.
