Solid-State Recorder Using FLASH Memory

The main modular for memory, CPU and data processing in the designed prototype of solid-state recorder using FLASH memory were introduced in this paper. The principle and function of the key components such as nor-and FLASH memory and digital signal processing were also presented. And the software function, data structure of FLASH invalid block management table and characteristic of structure design were given as well. The results of relative system test showed that the solid-state recorder designed could meet the demands for spaceflight application.
