Study on Calibration Method of Resolver Signal Intercepting Acquisition

Transducer and signal acquisition channel are two parts of parameter measurement process.If transducer accuracy is known,checking signal acquisition channel accuracy by means of calibration is an effective way to guarantee the final data accuracy.Direct excitation and interception are two forms of resolver signal acquisition when it works as an angle sensor.In order to solve the problem that calibration method of the former is not suitable for that of the latter,one calibration method aimed at resolver signal intercepting acquisition is designed by analyzing resolver angular measurement principle and signal acquisition methods,and utilizing standard source.Application result proves that such a practical method meets the calibration requirement.
