Research of Software Development for Buildings Energy-efficiency Assessment System

The situation of buildings energy consumption and the standardization of buildings energy efficiency were introduced. The basic model of software development for buildings energy efficiency was proposed. The model consists of in/out module,engineering data module,intelligent analysis module,building energy analysis module,energy efficiency design module,energy efficiency assess module,chief control module.At the same time,the integrative and intellignet idea in the software promotion was exploited,and part of the idea is realized by computer programming.
