Work principle and characteristics of transaction log MS SQL Server 2000 are introduced,and a method of log read and log analysis of MS SQL Server 2000 is described with DBCC commands provided by MS SQL Server 2000 as log reading interface in detail,and finally a log analyzer of MS SQL Server 2000 is implementation based on this method.This log analyzer can get database update manipulation(Insert、Delete and Update) that can arose database state transition and their corresponding data for many relational ap-plications.
