Scientific research projects evaluation based on weighted optimum order numbers

Based on weighted optimum order numbers,a method of the scientific research projects evaluation is put forward.After founding the decision matrix,the integrated optimum order numbers of the projects about all indexes are obtained by the optimum order number between the project and the single index.Then,the order and priority of the projects is finished based on the index weights and integrated optimum order numbers.Finally,the ranking example shows that the method is objective,simple,accurate and effective.
