Study of weighted D-S evidence combination based on rough set theory and its application

Aimed to the multiple evidence of different sources with the different importance,in the course of information fusion,the precision of fusion can be improved if the different importance of evidence is expressed veraciously.So a new method of the weighted D-S evidence combination is brought forward and the concept of evidence weight is introduced to the evidence theory based on the essence relation between the rough set theory and evidence theory by using the rough set theory to find the different evidence weight.The instance of diesel engine state evaluation is used to validate this technique,it shows this method avoid the subjective ingredient influence,so it improve the precision of fusion result and the process of fusion is more logicality.
