Research on construction of best bidirectional double-loop networks G(N;±r,±s)

This paper presented a new method to research diameter and average diameter of the bidirectional double-loop networks G(N;± r,± s) based on cartesian coordinates which had been creatively used in the research.Using this method,gave the limited bound of average diameter.Based on these research,gave the definition of the best bidirectional double-loop networks Best G(N;± r,± s) whose diameter and average diameter were both lowest and also studied the relationship between diameter and step s.At last,we give the simulation of the graph of the best bidirectional double-loop networks Best G(N;± r,± s) for any given diameter.Compared whith L-shaped tile simulation which could not be used in the bidirectional double-loop networks directly,this method improved the research level of the bidirectional double-loop networks greatly.
