CIS and Professional Image of English Teachers

An English teacher's professional image is the upper and comprehensive research subjuct in the educational study of English teachers.There is ambiguity and unilateralism in understanding of the professional image of English teachers' due to the insufficiency of special research on English teachers' professional images,which will seriously restrict nicer professional image building and the development of specialization for English teachers.In order to afford some helpful consultation and reference for the professional image building of English teachers,this paper draws lessons from the Corporate Identity System(CIS) theory in operating management of modern corporation,and slightly explores and sketches the connotation,composing factors of CIS and the method of CIS design for the English teacher's professional image.
