Study on Personal Identification System Based on Iris Recognition

In general,a typical iris recognition system consists of four parts.Iris image is acquired by the non-invasive iris ac- quisition system combined with an image quality assessment module.Using Hough transform for precise locating iris in the process of preprocessing makes normalized iris image have invariance in translation,size and rotation.Iris coding and recognition is based on the Daubechies-4 wavelet transform and hamming distance.Compared with the existing methods,the operation speed of this al- gorithm is largely improved.
