IC E-SEMIABUNDANT SEMIGROUPS

The IC condition is first introduced in the class of E-semiabundant semigroups and an example of semigroup which is IC E-semiabundant but not abundant is given.After giving the largest congruence contained in H～~~~~E,a representation of IC E-semiabundant semigroup satisfying the congruence condition is obtained.
