The Decision Making Process Tracing Tools:Mouselab and MouselabWEB

Information Board is an important research technique in the process tracing paradigm of decision making study.Information acquisition behavior recorded by Information Board during the processes of decision making can be applied to deduce the corresponding psychological processes.Mouselab is the standard experiment tool of Information Board,and MouselabWEB is a development of Mouselab.This paper introduces the main functions of Mouselab and MouselabWEB,then illustrates the application of them with some examples.Eventually we discussed the disadvantages of these tools and gave some advice about how to improve them.
