Medical Image Retrieval by Radial Krawtchouk Moments

In order to retrieve the medical images more effectively,the features of image was extrated using the rotation invariants of radial Krawtchouk moments, and the fast algorithm was used to improve the computational efficiency. Experimental results show that the rotation invariants have good discrimination capability and they are suitable for content-based image retrieval.
