From the angle of information,the nature of file is information.There are three main features of file.The first is the endogenous,the second is retrospective,the third is miscellaneous.The school file under the credit system is the barometer of the teacher and the student.It can provide the exact information for teaching plan making,improving student management and strengthening the file management team.
