The blasting design of cut construction is a very large part of engineering blast in China.There are many potential safety hazard existing in the course of cut construction.When an accident happens,it will lead casualties and property damage.This paper gives a specific cut engineering.The author ascertains the blasting scheme through selecting rational blast design parameters,designing blast network,then makes a security check to ensure the safety of engineering executive.In the end of the paper,hazard adverse factors under construction are distinguished through the methods of safety evaluation,and reasonable safty measures are put forward.
