The Research for the Reliability of the Testing System

The concept of the reliability of a testing system and the developing trend of testing instruments home and abroad are introduced. The ways to improve the reliability of the testing system are also studied in this paper. Examples are given to illustrate the reliability of the improvement from some aspects, such as in hardware and software.
