The Impact of Crisis Management on the Operation of Emergency Intelligence Transmission System

In recent years,as the frequent occurrence of major crisis in China,crisis management has become a hot academic research.Intelligence transmission system,based on the idea of crisis management,is the basic rule for emergency intelligence capturing and analyzing system of unexpected public events.And it is a significant guarantee to ensure that crisis is eliminated.This paper is based on the right recognition of the role of emergency intelligence transmission system when dealing with unexpected public events.It analyzes operating condition of emergency intelligence capturing and analyzing system,and discusses the relation between crisis management and emergency intelligence transmission system.It also raises some suggestions like strengthening the idea of crisis management in government department,promoting crisis management ability,establishing comprehensive intelligence transmission system and intelligence transmission communication center,empowering to transmit early warning information to responsible department in time in order to get well prepared,etc.These all help to ensure the completeness of emergency intelligence transmission system of unexpected public events,to promote the ability of government in crisis management,to ensure the security of the country,the stabilization of the society and the fortune of the people.
