A fast approach of mean computation in media filtering

A fast approach of neighbor pixels mean computation is proposed.Strategy of iterative solution is applied to the proposed algorithm.First,the mean of neighbor pixels of first column and first row is computed;after that,the computed result is used to compute the other next pixel neighbor mean,repeat the process to all the pixels computed.The proposed approach can decrease the computation complexity and do not change the filtering effect.
