ON STRENGTHENING PROFESSIONALS' REVIEWING OF DRAFTS IN UNIVERSITY JOURNALS

The paper puts forward some solutions in the light of the problems concerning professionals' reviewing periodicity,quality and standard of drafts for university journals.It points out that the strengthening of professionals' reviewing of drafts is of great importance to the sustainable development of university journals.
