Fast Maintenance Construction Technology of Single Heating Furnace Production

According to the characteristics of single-furnace production in 650 workshop,effective use of existing furnace production capacity,and decreasing shut down time of production line,adopting LG-1 high-strength pressure injection materials and refractory fiber spraying technology as a whole or partial repair in the industrial furnace,in order to form no joints to the overall insulation lining,construction speed very fast,especially for those rugged surface of the wall and location,the results was excellent,moreover save time for 7-8 days,energy-saving effect of significance.
