Lightning strike is menace for oil field video and parameter surveillance and control system,so the fense of it is necessary.The avoid lighting principle is predominated by analyzing the kinds and the destroy mechanism of lightning strike in this paper,which is the basic for adopting lightning rod and arrester and shield grounding to defend direct lighting and induction lighting.These methods are used to design the Lightningproof system of oil field transfer station surveillance and control system.The practice achieved good effect and proved these methods available.
