Bluetooth is a new type of short-range wireless communication technology developed in recent years to take the place of cables in connecting mobile equipment such as bandsets, portable PCS with fined equipment such as printers computers and so on.As a low power consumption and short distance wireless connection alternative technology, bluetooth has many advantages such as high transmission rate and simple operation.The application of bluetooth wireless technology has become more and more popular in the wireless communication system.The advantages and feasibility of Bluetooth technology are discussed with an analysis of Baseband protocol,LMP.Finally, the application perspectives of Bluetooth wireless technology are introduced.
