Research on the Evaluating Index System and Method in Information System's Analysis Stage

This paper analyzes the present situation of and problems existing in the research on the evaluation on the management information system in the analysis stage, points out the importance of making the evaluation in system's analysis stage, and based on the principle of the system evaluation, establishes the information system's evaluating index system, analyzes the features, targets and functions of the evaluating index system in each stage, and establishes the evaluation model.
