Lightning often appears in thunderstorm season and power line trip out and large area blackout occurred frequently.This is the issue for safety and normal operation for substation and electric equipment.Risk analysis weighing indexes for substation and electric equipment under thunderstorm weather are proposed.Risk evaluation model for substation equipment in thunderstorm seasons are built based on Accumulated Logistic multiple regression function is applied to analysis the relationship between weather factor and risk level of equipment in substation.And lightning protection measures for substation primary system and the substation secondary system.are put forward based on the corresponding risk levels.
